UFO help??

I've been interested in UFOs and unexplainable phenomena since i was a little kid, and this fixation goes so deep i tend to regularly check the skies just in case i see something weird. 

Today, i saw a strange object in the sky over the ocean. I wasn't able to get a video or picture unfortunately, but I wrote my experiences down while they were fresh in my mind (noting the date and time). I also was able to rule out the regular logical explainatons. Does anyone know what steps i should take now? What should i do with this information?? I feel like I'll go insane just keeping this to myself considering what a big interest this sort of thing is to me (which is why I'm posting here).
