You could try buying on vintage sites or using mediators like the Zen Market. I particularly have found a couple of pieces by looking for japanese brands on Vinted or Depop.
Also, you could try using the Zen Market, since they store japanese products before shipping them worldwide, so it's cheaper. But, I'm not that sure how good they are with this style tho
