I need eyeliner/body paint brand suggestions plzzz

I hate working with water activated product, they always get smudged so quickly but idk what brand / product I should use that'd work better for goth makeup / eyeliner heavy looks

Any suggestion or tips would be appreciated 

(yes I always set my makeup but still it never last over an hour without getting messed up)
