does anyone know a Camera for a beginner at a good price?

This depends on how much you want to spend and weather interchangeable lenses are important to you.  I'd recommend going used.  Older Olympus Pen cameras can be had for less than $200 on ebay with a lens.  They have interchangeable lenses, and the photos supposedly look pretty good straight out of camera.  about 3 to 400 you can get something like a Sony a6000.  There are also plenty of Canon DSLR out there, and of course point-and-shoot cameras from each brand.  I recommend looking up reviews of cameras on youtube and seeing what you like.  Good luck!
