ao3 is honestly pretty easy once you know the basics, its basically just a normal word processor except you need to add tags to your post if you want anyone to read it -- tags can be literally anything but usually people put things like #enemies to lovers #hurt/comfort #fluff,, and whatnot just to describe things that happen in the story to make people encouraged to read it
other than that, you basically just make an account (or not, you can make them without an account but it will be anonymous so you might not get any recognition for it) and then type out the story, add some tags based on what you just wrote, and then post it and see what happens
it is a little harder for Original Works (fandom tag for stories not related to any other media) to get much traction since people usually go to ao3 for fanfiction of characters they like, but if your stories are well written and have interesting character interactions that people enjoy, theres still a chance of it picking up!
other than ao3 im not really sure where you could put your works, im sure there are loads of places im just not super knowledgeable about the topic. it might be worth it to search around on reddit for people with similar questions or look on youtube.
also, it depends on what you wanna do with your works-- if you just want to write them out and put them somewhere for fun i would suggest ao3, but if you want for them to be publicised without having to write a whole book i would suggest looking into making a website to host the stories digitally or making comics online (neocities is a free website hoster and people can find your site while scrolling around on it, it does require HTML knowledge and is a bit more complicated than spacehey but its simple once you get the basics) and then you would be able to promote it on social media
hope i could be helpful! :3
