can someone make me a custom layout??

I have ideas would even toss a couple bucks your way - i have an idea and would love to see it come to mind - and perhaps - because of my idea - put the layout on here so others can use it too - but!!! name the layout after my name lol SINCE IT IS MY IDEA!! ;p ;p
