def look into indie taobao brands!! u can also thrift and def follow lolitas on social media bc sometimes they sell some of their clothes that they don't use. if you don't know brands and stuff, i'd recommend looking the 'lolibrary', a web that collects and categorizes pieces (jsk, ops, blouses, headbands etc..) by brand!! (also that way u can also look it second hand lol)

also reminder that a lolita wardrobe takes a lot of time to start being more... consistent? so have lots of patience!

There are some good second-hand sites like closet child, wunderwelt, or lace market theres also taobao and resellers like 42 lolita.
