lately ive felt deeply disturbed to the fact I cant crawl out of my skin and I really am stuck, limited within walls of a flesh suit waiting to be set free, & that eventually my skin will rot and decay, my face will be unrecognisable and my bones will turn to stuck being absorbed by the nature here on earth once again, contributing to the cycle of reincarnation for another poor soul.
does anyone else feel the same? limited and claustrophobic in your body?

That sounds quite like Plotinus to me.
I feel that way more in relation to my limitations, not as if my skin were a prison, but as if the human condition were. I think this feeling of being trapped in the skin derives from a dualistic, almost Gnostic view. I believe that understanding man as holistic can change this perception.
