I will assume you're speaking about the line breaks. When you hit enter to go down to the next line, am I right? If so its pretty simple and there's different ways to do that but the easiest way is to use this tag  <br>  this i a line break tag, allowing your paragraph to stop on the current line and continue on the next line down. It looks like this...
The fox jumped <br> over the log.  - this would look like
The fox jumped
over the log.
