How did you figure out your current way of drawing: Was it a artist that inspired your craft? A tutorial that taught you in a way you could understand? Was there a media that influenced your style? And if you could, would you change aspecs of your style/s to fit your taste?

For me, i was inspired by the many speedpaints that were poping up on yourtube around the late 2000s to early 2010s. Then as time went by, my art had turned from clearly cartoony anime inspired to tryng to replicate semi realistic proportions while still being stylized, and it was all because of the CR fandom and its frequency to depict the cookies in all shapes and sizes, even being able to depict features you dont usually see in mainstream art.

If i would have the chance to change somethign about my way of drawing, its gotta be improved body proportions, i seem to have a lack of understanding on how to draw a proper body in a way that would work in real life. Because if and when i have that ability i suspect ill be able to depict much better character design, with being able to style the thing in a 'right' way.

My art style was originally influenced by anime T^T I started drawing by following “How to draw anime” tutorials as a teenager and then I discovered artists that made more semi realistic art so I was stuck in a weird anime semi realism for a while.

Now I have started finding my art style kinda boring so I decided to look into the art style of an illustrator that illustrated many of the story books my parents read to me as a kid. His art style was what originally made me want to be able to draw people, so to rediscover my interest I went back to the source.

i've always loved the intricate detailing of chris riddells illustrations, i was once lucky enough to get an original sketch from him when he did a book signing at my school. since then i've found a mid point between realistic and almost cartoon that i like quite a lot

Watching Anime and being surrounded by Nature  influenced me to becoming the Artist I am today.

I always had a nack for creating/ designing things (like using stickers, destroying materials like Christmas decor to make crafts, cards etc) since I was a kid - because my mom's side of the family has artistic tendencies and I inherited that gene, but my exposure to Anime, is what really got my creative energies to accelerate.

Considering that alot of the older folks in my country are anti Anime and anti Asian (and some still are today sadly), the only way I could (self) learn (since no-one in my country was teaching it or being supportive of it as most were more pro local african content), was to buy tutorial books imported from the US (on white men's understanding of Manga drawing), at local book stores.

I took what I could get out of those and spent yrs practicing. making my own OCs etc. And then I spent more yrs reading stuff online, looking at other people's projects (ie watching game plays, films etc) to analyze them and see how I can use any lessons or ideas in those works or got inspirations for my Art to develop it. The more I learnt, the more I was able to figure out what I agreed with and didn't agree with, inorder to change the outcome style of my Art (such as not being into nsfw, not being happy that most Anime has bland clothes etc.) I am responsible for making my own world, so...

Spent Alot of time experimenting, beta testing my ideas, drawings etc - see how people react to it online (which is how I can draw multiple different things besides Manga OCs Designs), gather the data and keep on going with new ideas and drawings. Did this for like...10 yrs with both fans of my work as well as have my work assessed by professionals still working in the Industry. That's how I figured out that most of my audience preferred my Manga OC Arts, coloured works and detailed works - cuz those would often get the most attention. Even did this to figure out my coloring style too, since I'm semi blind and sometimes struggle to see Cell Shaded works. In addition to that, the more a hater or troll tried to trash my Art, I would end up drawing more detailed and complex on purpose in the next new pieces, just to piss off the troll/ hater (since they can't draw like me anyway), so yeah there's that.
