under 21 clubs in dc/nova???

im getting kinda bored of houseparties w the same people and same music where i live. does anybody know any clubs, or even like festivals or venues that allow ppl under 21?? preferably edm, pop, shit u can dance to. i know theres the 930 club but when i went it was pretty lame and i havent heard good things abt it so i dont rlly wanna give it another chance. 

if not i guess ill wait a few more years :(
