Gym goers - post your current max lifts

I've only been lifting seriously for about a 8 months, but I've been in the gym "working out" for probably a year or more at this point. Also, I lifted some in high school football 10 years ago. 

Below are my current max lifts:

  • Bench press: recently got 225 for two
  • Overhead press: 135 for a single
  • Deadlift: 315 for five (ready to try 5@325 I think)
  • Squat: 315 for a single
At first I did starting strength for a few weeks with a linear progression that really helped. I'm trying to lose weight though so I think this is gonna be my cap for a while and once I can officially "bulk" I'll be able to build more strength. Currently just doing the sam sulek split.
