How to change interests labels/remove certain sections?

ive been trying all the different codes ppl have listed on the website but none of them work, they appear as they should on my end (like when i edit my profile and view it through my acc) but when i view my profile logged out or through a different device its completely different or the whole box disappears and i dont know why! if anyone can help me or has encountered the same issue since its happening to me on multiple accs not just this one, please lmk :( any help is appreciated!
