Help: What is the best place in the world to live?

Ireland is too expensive and I can't find a job. Maybe I have too little faith and just need to be patient about it, but apart from being unemployed the housing market is shocking. Also, my hometown is getting way more dangerous; when I was little there was no security anywhere and I rarely saw the Gardaí (Irish police), nowadays whenever I go into town I see the Guards at least twice no matter where I go, most shops have security, and there's a lot of drugs prevalent.

So, what's the cheapest, safest, place to be? Somewhere that rent is affordable for someone who's never gone to college, and you won't get killed if you go out past 10pm.

I can speak English & Spanish. My Spanish isn't excellent but it's not bad & I'm a fast learner anyway.
