dc/baltimore punk scenes?

does anyone know good venues to watch that'll let in folks under 21? i want to try and go to some local shows but i'm worried that there'll be tons that are in bars/clubs that wouldn't let me in. disclaimer i'm not scheming to get drinks illegally lol. i just wanna hear good music.
