tsuyome gyaru!!

so I just got into gyaru (currently into mcbling and lizzie mcguire style 00s) but i looked into gyaru and I love it!!

after extensive research, i decided tsuyome is for me!! but i need help on it??

there isn’t like a definitive answer for what tsuyome is?? like i know they wear neutral clothing with pops of color and bold, darker makeup but like i want to emulate it as much as possible and it seems not that many people dress tsuyome?? like, hime seems most popular?? 

anyways, i just want tips. brands, makeup, where to shop, co*de ideas and overall just help me be gyaru

(and how to dodge the dress code im a senior in highschool )
