I KNOW THIS IS SAID LIKE ,, EVERYWHERE- but honest to god? DIY & thrifting at local shops,  you kind of have to think outside of the box tho and go in looking after looking at inspo & scene creators u like! :-)

DIY or thrift most of it! Converse T-shirts and their stuff in general. Hot topic ofcs! Or secondhand justice stuff like the old kind. Just kids T-shirts in general with a black background.

alr so, as a scene kid who has a pretty cool wardrobe herez where ur gonna want 2 go:

anytime i say amazon u can also just check likee depop, ebay, or wherever else if u dont want 2 get it new. and when i say secondhand here are the places i mean: ebay, depop, vinted, mercari, poshmark.

for accessories:

tights, studded belts, tutus, studded bracelets - amazon

kandi supplies is easy to find at craft stores like micheals or joanns but amazon works too.

u can also diy stuff if u have studs nd like fabric.

band bracelets u can get off hot topic or secondhand, especially ebay.

for shirts:

hot topic is good for new band tees, but second hand sites will have better stuff

keywords for shirts u can use are like cupcake cult, mighty fine gir, skelanimals, 2000s, etc.

hot topic skelanimals shirts SUCK tho so go to the skelanimals amazon store they have some dope vintage prints.

pants:

when looking for pants literally any colorful skinny jeans look good, brands like tripp nyc / royal bones are great secondhand. u can also wear skirts by the same brands as well as party store tutus.

remember scene is really just the hair and makeup, i can link scene hair styles for all hair types if u want

Websites like depop or vinted are reliable and always have super authentic scene stuff made in the 2000s, but alot of the time its super expensive, especially if the seller isnt in the same country as you. Hot Topic and Spencers have some stuff too, but again... it can cost alot.

The cheapest way to find scene clothes is thrifting. Alot of the time, its a gamble... You wont find good stuff everytime you go (dont expect to find stuff like in those tiktok thrift hauls!! T-T) But eventually, you're bound to find something that'll make it all worth it!! B)

At thrift stores, i have some really good luck finding scene-esque shirts in the kids section - though sometimes the stuff can be a little tight. You can also finds tons and tons of good accessories like studded belts and bracelets!!

Another option is diy... loads of stuff in scene fashion is pretty easy to make yourself if you have the time! x)
