moe (???) artstyle tips??

hey guys!! so i want to learn the old anime artstyle, i think its called moe artstyle, sorry if im wrong 

but the only thing I can draw from it is just eyes, do you have any tips how to draw in it??? ty! !

and i SWEAR im not problematic i just really like the artstyle

use a really thin brush!! and rendering is your friend! what app do u use to draw on?

Personally the way I first got into digital art I would put an image of the style I'm trying to emulate on one layer, a white layer above it, lower the opacity of the white layer and trace the original image on the layer above. There's no shame in tracing for practice as long as you remember to credit the original creator when posting. It can really get you used to the feeling of producing things in that style. Once you're comfortable, try recreating an art piece just from looking at it rather than tracing over it. Once you're comfortable with that, try using the lineart, colour palettes and shading styles you've been practicing on your own original creations. Have fun!
