im kinda nvoice at this sewing stfuff, but i really want t make this dress i have into a cool skirt!! uynfortunately, the only thinggs i do have re a needle, thread, elastic, nd a dreaaamm... most of thr tutorials online require a sweing machine, but i DONT HAVE ANY ND I HSVE NO IDEA WHERE RO GO FROM HERE!!!
it seems pretty easy but IDK ive neber tried sewing smth liek this before!! can someokne help me out pspsp?!?!? :(

you can definitely make it happen! i think this video might be helpful to you in terms of how to go about it and this one shows you in depth how to do that zigzag stitch the first one mentions by hand instead of machine. for knowing how much elastic to cut, generally 1-2 inches off of your waist measurement is a common length to use.
i think you might also make use of this video because it shows you how to do a few common stitches by hand and explains the uses. hope it ends up working out for you! i got really into sewing these past couple months so i like to think i know some things lol. feel free to dm me whenever if you have any questions ^^
