been skating for about 13+ years, got to see skating evolve, die, and come back in front of me as I grew up. from tv, DVDs, skate mags, youtube, and social media and honestly I couldn't be happier to see skateboarding in the Olympics. its awesome that people get to see stuff that was kinda deemed as a "niche" hobby turn into a professional sport, especially being considered a sort of outcast where I was from, I didn't get to see too much representation outside the skating world. its for everyone no matter what or who you are. just keep the BS out of it.

damn, 13 years is a long time !!! awesome that u remained steadfast throughout the drought. i def think its long overdue. the skating community is honestly so sweet and the best part of the sport, i hope the olympics brings the best of that forwards))
