ConnectPro Call Solutions: - pays per call minute - interview tomorrow (8/8/2024), 2pm - INTERVIEW INFO BELOW ↴ - First client I will service is PBS - Will be accepting calls from asking to donate (won't be asking for donation from them), as well as providing info when requested - Screenshots taken from the info seminar (qualifications, disqualifiers, etc.) - Must pay for background check, and one-time platform fee will be taken out of 1st paycheck - Working with calls via ACD - Mustn't work on training ahead because you might miss something - Training is unpaid - Video submission email will be later today, deadline is 24hrs to submit (will include video guidelines) - Video review is 3-5 business days, onboarding 1-2, can work within the next week or two - No penalty for releasing hours, just scheduling hours and not showing up - If there are little to no calls (ex: 6hrs but only 10mins of calls), ACD will add a bonus to the paycheck - In regards to the bonus amount (for idle call-time), be on the lookout for that email from Katiana Baptiste (email: Apply@connectprocs.com) - Job is year-round, 24/7, but has months with higher call volumes. We can work whenever we want - Must schedule own shifts ahead of time, first-come first-served
