MY EXPERIENCE:

I started playing SPORE by a friend recomendation, at the first time i played, i don't liked it too much (cuz my pc couldn't run it in a good way), but, after i buy a new pc (this, that i'm using right now, and still not too good o-o ) i loved this game, mainy for the "OLD" aesthetic that this have.
