What types of plants do people Garden do you grow vegetables or fruits I'm thinking about starting one I have a greenhouse but I'm not sure what to plant and where.

I recently moved into a house with a great garden and I’ve been learning to take care of it. I have some magnificent rose bushes and some huge azaleas and hydrangeas. i just built a raised bed in the yard so i can do some vegetable gardening in the spring. Gonna be growing mostly spinach and onions, as well as tomatoes and maybe a pumpkin just for kicks. Never really done it before so I’m excited to see what happens.
