What did you do to the People who are dwelling in the neighborhood?

I am very Curious about what did you do to the People on the Neighborhood, Partially or Full did you play them, change some or all...?

Cause for me i did the first whole reform and was quite a success, however i was not satisfied on fully giving them a new life in all fully changed (No Maxis Made Home, Lots, everything and everyone is involved in reset except for Mortimer Goth's parents, i did not evict them)

But now, now i consider Maxis House and Lots, some got bulldoze cause i don't want my people to be in poverty and low profile.

It is a big shift to everyone in the neighborhood, ALL had to be in a nice home, good clothes and all had at least wands and crystal powers (I got Mods).

Then all are Superstars so they won't worry but, they don't have awareness so they're all leveled up by forced.

Do you change some people or no?
