What makes you think someone is cool?

i'm trying to make more irl friends this year, and i think looking cooler might help? (rn i sorta look like a loser, and not in the cute way) so far i'm putting badges with my interests on them on my messenger bag and am trying to fix my hair to sit nicer (also gonna dye it soon).

for me, i think people with brightly dyed hair, pins/badges and alternative clothing styles look awesome, but idk if other people think like that or not?

i'm 16 with a severe lack of social skills </3

any advice/opinions help :3
