ive been fucking trying for hours now and i have no idea how i can do this......... im trying to make a fake comment section for my neocities and idk how to do it......... the image is the concept im trying to do pls someeone help

Can you give me answers to these two questions before I start to help?

Are there any plans to have multiple comments in a row? (i.e Something like what An's profile looks like)
If so, is the pop-up reply section supposed to overlay the other comments below it?
