hihi new here also. i've been trying to look for active communities but general activity here seems spotty. idk anything abt editing profiles yet but i wish u luck on ur ventures :]

Back in the days of the OG MySpace, we had layout generators we would use to help create our own profiles, but learning coding and CSS will essentially be the best way to create something truly unique!

Otherwise, you'll end up having to scroll through the endless amounts of premade layouts here under the Layouts tab at the top of the screen :) I wish they'd make it so pages were numbered or you could search for specific things to make it easier. Hopefully they'll unveil new features to help make the experience better as time goes on, although I imagine if they got more financial support through donations, they would be more keen to doing so. :p
