Underrated comics/comic Characters?

The Generation X comics from marvel are oddly really underrated, considering how they got three prose novels on the side. The characters from those comics haven't really been used as a team outside of the series, instead splitting off which makes it hard to keep up with everyone.

Anarky (before the DC reboot) was also a really interesting character. Then they branded Lonnie as a villain and started treating him like one when writing him. And I don't even know what they're doing with him anymore.

Mary Marvel!! I find it so sad that she's normally watered down to just being "Shazam's sister" or "girl Shazam", when in reality she's just as fun and interesting as anyone else in the marvel family. Even, dare I say, she's currently the only salvageable character in the entire continuity of the shazamily, as she has somehow still kept an itty bitty of her original esence, unlike Freddy or Billy, who have lost everything of what they once were, even their relationship with one another and their hero names, or the rest of the Vasquez family, who have never had a single ounce of actual growth ever since they were first drawn.
