Idk your visual novel preferences but here are a couple that i think are cool:
Who Is Mike is a pretty short VN, but it has 9 endings. You can get it for free on Steam/itchio
The Silver Case is way longer and there’s no choices in it, but I still found the story enthralling. It’s like $5.99 but you can check out the demo for free on Steam or GOG to see if you like it.

omg hello.. im klazo btw anyway the dev of one way lane recently put out a demo and its really really yummy especially if youre into more psychological visual novels !!!

ok so, error143 was one I played and like... so interesting and cool for smth free! also My Sweet Zombie! was a fun visual novel. not sure if you're looking for romance ones as those are the mains I've played... but those two are lgbtqia+ friendly!
