Is it just me or am I the only one who headcanons Maya as AroAce? I don't really have a particular reason to believe this but it's one of those situations where you're so hyper fixated on a thing that the characters are practically telling you how they want to be perceived. I see a lot of people shipping her with so many character's but I think she just wants to be their friends.

I always leaned to hcing her as Asexual but to think of it, I been leaning for her to be AroAce lately, I feel I can definitely see her as that as well!

I came here thinking i would be crucified for my opinion on this subject only to find out everyone who has posted so far has the exact same opinion. Maya is so aroace to me. mostly because i'm ace and i said so but i could probably back it up too. ive been swayed to the side of queerplatonic feyquill recently...

EXACTLY! I love Simon Blackquill and Maya Fey so much but I seriously can only see Maya being friends with others. I feel like she doesn't want a romantic partner. And Feyquill honestly came out of nowhere.
