I checked your page and you're doing a lot of weird stuff from what I saw in the rendered DOM, I can't really give advice unless you're actually tuned into this topic's RSS feed.

You could be putting it in the <style> tags, causing the issue :o Since it's just a scroll box, wherever you put it in your profile will show up in that exact spot (ex: put it in one of your interest boxes and it'll show up in that interest).
