ok so her name is sailor titan named after the moon titan that orbits saturn. the idea for the oc is basically shes a side kick for sailor saturn and helps recreate the world. she would also be a placeholder for saturn during the times she isnt awakened. after season 3 she would get rencarnated with hotaru and would work alongside her. heres some more info tho and please give me feedback ok <3
