I never left MySpace I check on it few times a week to see if something changes with the site. If they ever did bring it back kinda like the old days This will make us happy!

i tried using it a few years back but i really couldnt get down with it. i mean atleast spacehey can get all weird and gorey once in a while to get things interesting but on myspace it looks so sterile.

I myself was never really part of the myspace community as I was literally born the year it gained popularity but imagining myself in that era of myspace I can see why people were so into it. Despite all the internets weirdness, it seemed like such an unforgettable era of the internet where people were just themselves.
Though looking at the current site now and it being a husk of what it was before, if it were ever to go back to the "old" days or its glory days then yeah of course, going to myspace would definitely be something I'd consider :)
p.s. ik this probably wasn't targeted towards ppl of my age but just wanted to share my thoughts if ever lol

MySpace has become too corporate. It looks like it was bought by META / Facebook.

I was born too late to get on that wave so for me, spacehey IS my MySpace. I don't know what the culture of the site was really like, but I know musicians used to share their music there so that's what I'm doing here :")

i was born smack in its heyday so i wouldn't have any experience of myspace in its prime but it's likely too far gone to ever make that kind of resurgence, i mean we have spacehey here right now acting as an alternative social media unburdened by corporate bullshit so there wouldn't really be a point in myspace trying to turn back time

I think the owners of SpaceHey should pool their moneys together and purchase the Myspace URL.
The current owners of the site don't give a shit about it and it should be taken off them.

I don't know, but I think the brand definitely, because of what MySpace once was, has potential value that's just being wasted at the moment. It's not like, say, Friends Reunited which I'd say doesn't really have any potential in 2024.

Any time, any day. As long as there was enough people for me to not feel like I'm screaming into the void, I'd drop everything for it. I don't like modern Social Media much.

If they brought it back like how it used to be? Absolutely, I'd really love that, I was only around near the end of it so I would love to instead be a part of a new OLD MySpace, who knows maybe it would bring a whole trend of returning to our nostalgia?
Social Media I think has really destroyed the charm of the internet ;-;, no more being able to express yourself freely without having to put all your personal information out there. My internet personality i've noticed can be a lot different at times than my in person one, and it's really only here I feel like I get to have an opportunity to express it.

as someone who was born in the late 2000s and knew myspace for like late 2010s i was kinda upset that i didn't get a chance 2 experience it and the day i made my spacehey account i was getting deep myspace lore because myspace seems to be my jam if it still exist the same but this is reality isn't it? but what's cool you got a clone of myspace here and let's you emulate the not perfect but graet feeling of having myspace and to people who did have myspace and missed it spacehey can make them go back to the 2000s so i'm guessing that it kinda feels the same but still i really want to experience myspace
