animal crossing (active 2024)

new leaf is definetly where i first got addicted to animal crossing. even though i really enjoyed the gamecube version, i just remember saving up all my money just to get a 40 dollar game, and then i never put it down. I had alot of fun with new horizons too but i really wanna try the ds version, it looks so bad lol 

animal crossing really is one of those games where you play enough to get your moneys worth and more

i love new leaf!!! i got so addicted to it when i was ten and i got super far into it (the save file corrupted one day and i was devastated). every once in a while i like to pick it back up, maybe with a new town. the custom designs are also super fun to make. i liked new horizons but i didn't really get the same kind of connection to it (albeit i did get over 200 hours in it lul). but the lack of any real progression past a certain point makes for a pretty relaxing experience to pick it back up from time to time just running around and decorating.

ughh i would be heartbroken if my file disappeared!! compared to the older games i also think new horizons is a bit lacking in some aspects but its still relaxing hehe. cant wait to play new leaf soooooon

i think my fav animal crossing would either be new leaf or happy home designer, i just like having the games in my pocket rather than being locked to home
