Heya, I understand the nervousnes! I had the same issue in the beginning. Starting is the most difficult part most of the time. My advice: just start. You will learn along the way. I started by just opening obs and sharing my screen. Eventually an overlay was added and so on. You will probably be the worst in the beginning and get better while you stream.
Some generic tips:
Always talk. Even tho nobody watches
Play something you love and can talk about forever
Ask a friend to just have the stream open so you have at least 1 viewer. This way you won't be all the way on the bottom of the list
There will be a lot of bots trying to sell you stuff. Make a joke out of it or else it's going to be annoying. Like do a bot count per stream and do 5 push ups once the counter is on 3 or something silly
