"share layouts" not working?

posting layouts is currently unavailable for everyone, they were closed due to gore layout spam that would take place extremely often, it may take a while until layouts reopen, i assume that they'll likely reopen whenever more people volunteer to be moderators though

Custom layouts are still unavailable since a year ago!?! What the?? Ugh... mods could have at least put something like a "mod wall" that sends code to the mods for approval instead of doing what they did. Like, there are much better ways to do this than just shutting it down entirely! With how long this has been, I'm believing that this is not a "temporary shutdown," it's permanent. At least that is how it feels to me.

I HATE relying on what the community made 4 years ago for what im able to upload and put on my page. Why do ppl who want to be "funny" and spam upload gore ruin it all for the rest of us.
