Removed Quests/Characters/Locations that you wished they kept

What are some removed things from the games that you wished that they had kept in, this can be anything. 

I really wish that they would have kept in Sulik's sister from fallout 2. It's just a small thing, I just wished you could see Sulik and his sister reunite as you were meant to find her during a questline, pretty sure they do reunite but it's after the game or something.
