How can you make okay frainds irl ?

Hi its Eiden again so almost the school year ended so that means the finals are really close :( .In fall I will need to go to high school and im afraid that im not going to  not make friends or frainds that end up mean like they almost always do like for the extremest exeple  an ex fraind gived me a death thret also missgendering me (they are non binary).
