Personally, my favorite is a three way tie between Cube, Mew, and Beat. 1: I hugely favor the punk look of Cube, 2: I just adore Mew's blue outfit with pink accents, 3: Beat's just really cool overall.

either beat or corn in jsrf cause it had the most peak character designs
