I'm very new to the scene and want to learn more about it. Favorite emo band so far is "Weird Al" Yankovic. I think his harmonics and emo inspired guitar rhythms take me back to a simpler time. what do you guys think!

ok lol i was NOT ready for that first part when i clicked on the post
i've really been liking this band called gospel lately!! u should check out their album "the moon is a dead world" if u haven't yet :] also "united by fate" by rival schools, "the power of failing" by mineral... of course sunny day real estate. oh and "upon the right, i saw a new misery" by love lost but not forgotten
