while i don't know any generators for selfshipping graphics specifically, using https://blinkies.cafe/ you're able to make any of the blinkie templates on there have whatever text you want, another useful graphic maker is https://yerich.net/userbox/ , where you can make userboxes with whatever desired text and image you want (note: ur gonna wanna select raw html as ur output when u use it !!!) ^-^
