some album covers not being displayed on mp3 player

haihai, i recently bought a 30-40 dollar mp3 player from amazon to play music, but some of the album cover art wont show up on it. i cant find a pattern in the resolution/size of the files that will and wont work. its not too annoying but id like to be able to fix it. the player is from a company called ruizu.
