My favorite companion from each game i played is;
Fallout 1: Katja
Fallout 2: Goris
Fallout 3: Charon
Fallout New Vegas: Boone
Fallout 4: Nick Valentine

favs are Charon, Rex, Fawkes, Raul, and Hancock. I haven't had a chance to travel with all of the fallout 4 companions yet though.
