This site is overflowing with emos and scene kids, and I can't help but notice they all want to be with their own kind. I mean no harm or malice, but I'm curious as to how true this is because normally people want somebody that's at least somewhat different from them, like myself. I, like many others, am much, much different than the people I'm into. My theory is that since scene and emo kids are so difficult to find in real life, it's better to find another one to stick together with since you'll probably end up sharing the same social statuses. You don't have to be scene or emo, I just want to know who you are and if you prefer people like you!

Personally, I have never wanted someone who was like me. I don't know, there's just a difference between what I find attractive in myself and what I find attractive in others. Example: I like bigger guys. Not severely obese, but a little gut is always attractive to me. In myself, however, I HATE BEING BLOATED. I can't stand looking in the mirror to see myself with some belly fat and bigger love handles than usual. It irritates me to see that on me if anything.
