What is the best fallout mod?

i havent been playing with mods long but honestly the carry weigh boosters ^o^"

I like the mods that add things that were once removed from the games, concept art mods I just find that cool, and that Nick Valentine heart eyes mod, I think it's just super cute.

I like the quick enter and exit mod. it saves more time then youd expect :)
