Looking at the top threads of this forum + the SpaceHey forum are probably good ways to start since there's usually a post or two that links to CSS tutorials for coding profiles :p

As someone who joined this site with very, very little knowledge of CSS stuff, a lot of my learning experience was just messing around with other people's code tbh

Start learning algorithms and improving your logical thinking to solve problems

After that, choose a programming language that catches your attention and start learning it little by little until you master it. I recommend one that is from the C family, since they tend to be the more basics

Well, I'd still suggest learning HTML and CSS just to really get the basics down :o they're helpful to know if you're gonna be active on this site, anyway! There are indeed a lot of coding languages and while I'm not really an expert on coding in general, I'm sure the language you pick likely has a whole educational website based on it if you look it up :p that, and youtube videos may help
