Add recently active filter to forums

i think its stale just because the forms arent all that active, and the sites kinda dead

last time i checked, forums arent available on mobile, there are a lot of new people joining every day, but theyre probably on mobile so they cant access the forums yet

There are so many great examples on how a good forum should look like. Sadly this is the most poorly designed one i've came across :( Hopefully we may see improvements in the future. The site do feel dead because there is no way to find where the heck people are hanging out at. And no status feed makes it hard to even find anything to read or do here other than look at profiles.
