I originally found out about frutiger aero after seeing some Frutiger Aero-related images on Google Images while looking through some Y2K raves my parents used to go to.
So i want to know how everyone else found out about frutiger aero and how nostalgic it felt when you 1st discovered it!

when i first found out about liminal spaces through a video titled "places you've seen in your dreams" that first appeared in my reccomended i went through a deep rabbit hole trying to find every kind of the same vidoe at the time of certain types of photos of places that give out a deja vu sense of nostalgia, and at one point there was a video which i forgot the name of which was a compilation of skeuomorphic designs and watery images and landscapes, which i found out has a label to those kinds of images as "frutiger aero", which made me want to fall down that rabbit hole as well and so on and so forth

i was learned of its name from a short-form video describing the aesthetic, although that wasn't my "discovery". i discovered it initially by using Windows Vista long, long ago. additionally, i remember seeing those old "future xbox, future nintendo" videos when they were the hot thing; i'm pretty sure those had elements of Frutiger Aero.
