Afternoon Sids & Beccs

Had a routine check-in with my Rheumarologist. Everything went great. Got my Fathers Day shopping done, grabbing a Spicy Shrimp Roll for lunch, then later, hopefully I can knock off a couple chapters recording FF7 Rebirth.

Did you know:  I can't lick my elbow.

I know this because I tried after someone said most people cannot.

Well I had plans for yesterday and just slept after lunch. So no recording got done. On the plus side, I get out relatively early today and I have the weekend off! So I'll definitely get through the next couple chapters by Sunday.

Touching of elbows= failed.  BUT! trying felt really good.  My back popped and I felt relief from stiffness didn't know I had.  Plus felt really good between my shoulder blades. 

True. One day off isn't bad. 

Being on Monday and thinking it's Friday is much worse

It’s going to be a hot one this week, anybody else getting affected by allergies? 

Mine aren’t terrible today but over the weekend, I had to do the tissue stuff up the nose for at least half a day. That’s always a sight to see.
