How to use pagination in an RSS feed? (Neocities)

What the title says, really! I followed this tutorial, and you can see the (partially) finished product on my site index.

However, right now it only shows the most recent status. I want to make another page that shows ALL of my statuses, but the problem is is that it's obscenely long and hard to navigate, since the page just gets longer with every status I post. Ideally the navigation buttons would be images too as opposed to button elements..

Let me know if anyone can help with this!
